Meet the People Behind Ao

Healing happens through safe, authentic relationships.

Ashley has brought together a person-centred team of wonderful humans, chosen not only for their knowledge, experience and professional skills, but for something equally important: how they are with people.

Our team brings empathy, authenticity, warmth, curiosity, kindness and deep care to the work. Each practitioner has their own strengths, experiences and way of working, while sharing a commitment to neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, person-centred and compassionate care.

There is love in this work, too. Not the kind that blurs roles or boundaries, but the very human kind: caring deeply about people, their lives, their dignity and what matters to them.

And we believe these values should exist within our team, too.

The culture at Ao Therapy reflects the kind of relationships we hope to create with our clients: safe, reflective, curious and human. We make space for supervision, reflection, learning, support and connection, with plenty of room for laughter and a little fun along the way.
