Consistent sessions create safety and insight along your journey of growth. This 10-session therapy pack supports your ongoing commitment to self and wellbeing. Ashley walks beside you with warmth, presence and care. Sessions are in Edithvale (in room or in nature) or online.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for sessions 1. Initial Consultation A 15-minute online consultation is required for new clients before. This consultation is free and ensures we are a good fit. 2. Eco-Psychotherapy Sessions at the Beach Sessions are held at [specific beach location], incorporating nature into therapy. Sessions will involve walking and engaging with the environment. Sessions are weather-dependent. If weather conditions (e.g., rain, high winds, unsafe conditions) make the beach session unsuitable, I will inform you as soon as possible. If needed, the session will be rescheduled or moved to an in-clinic or online format. 3. Animal Assisted Sessions Bowie is subject to availability as she cannot be available at all times due to her own wellbeing. If you require Bowie at a session, please advise well in advance so AO Therapy can confirm specific time avaiability. 4. Health and Safety Considerations Inform me of any health issues, allergies, or physical limitations (e.g., respiratory issues, mobility problems, or cardiovascular concerns) that could affect your ability to walk or engage in therapy. Bring necessary medications (e.g., EpiPen, insulin). Beach sessions require walking on uneven terrain. Ensure you are comfortable with this. Bring appropriate footwear and clothing for the beach / weather. Drink bottle. 5. Non-Refundable Policy Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited. Refunds are at the discretion of AO Therapy - please discuss with Ashley. 6. Session Scheduling and Availability Sessions are subject to mutual availability. Clients should book in advance to secure preferred times. You will be notified promptly if a session needs to be rescheduled or changed due to unavailability, illness or weather conditions. 7. Changes to Session Format If a beach session is not feasible due to weather, we will move the session to an online or in-clinic format. You will be informed as soon as possible. 8. Cancellations and No-Shows A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited. 9. Confidentiality All shared information is confidential, unless there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case, information may be disclosed to appropriate authorities.
